Butch Cooper began his real estate career 23 years ago in 1987 and quickly became a Top Producer with one of Charlotte's largest independently owned companies. Over the next 19 years Butch owned his own company setting visionary standards that others are still employing today. He has also personally sold over 2000 properties in excess of $210,000,000 thus far in his stellar career, a benchmark that few will ever attain. Butch not only understands what it takes to effectively promote your home for sale in today's market but is also adept at identifing the potential buyer through his years of successful sales. Butch has recently teamed up with his wife Dixie to form Team Cooper. Dixie became a Licensed Broker in August 2007, but she was already very knowledgeable in the intricate details of the real estate business from her years as an assistant to Butch. As natives of the area and married for 27 years both have witnessed the explosive growth of the Charlotte Metro area over the last 3 decades and can accurately answer most any question a client has. Butch has also sold extensively throughout the greater Charlotte area, from south Charlotte to Concord to Lake Norman and is very knowledgeable of the entire region.
